Returns & Exchanges
· If the wrong product was shipped or customized wrong, please email customer service with photos and the nature of the issue. A representative will connect you in 24 – 48 hours. No returns or exchanges on Open Hair. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Dollz Bundlez takes public safety seriously and DOES NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

PROCESSING TIME: - - - Orders Must be placed before 7 p.m. MST to be processed the same day. Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays order will be processed the following business day. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is received and is being processed.
Quality Assurance Time - - - Natural hair color wefts and wigs take no longer than 3-5 business days to prepare the packaging. Customized Colors, 613 wigs, and hair longer than 28” will need 7-10 business days.
DELIVERY TIME: - - - All Dollz Bundlez packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 Working Days Arrive After Shipping. Signature is required upon delivery & a tracking/confirmation email will be sent after order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SENT "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" VIA USPS. If the package was delivered and you did not receive please contact your local post office first before contacting support.
